Visual identity, brand design and website dev for a purpose-driven educational campaign

Context

Edúcalos is an initiative focused on empowering children in Maracaibo, Venezuela, through education and the Human Dignity Curriculum (HDC) of the World Youth Alliance.

The project needed a visual identity that reflected dignity, optimism, and a structured approach to communication for young audiences, donors, and partners.

Challenge

The challenge was to create a visual identity that balanced warmth and professionalism while remaining accessible to children.

The brand needed to communicate complex educational values in a clear, friendly, and intuitive way, allowing children to easily recognize, understand, and feel comfortable with the visual language.

At the same time, the identity had to remain structured and credible for educators, donors, and institutional partners.

Initial Concept

The solution was a thoughtfully structured visual identity designed with accessibility at its core.

Typography, color choices, and graphic elements were selected to ensure legibility, clarity, and familiarity for young audiences, while maintaining coherence and consistency across all applications. Simple shapes, clear contrasts, and friendly visual cues help children engage with the content intuitively, reinforcing recognition and understanding over time.
